Returns Policy for Online Purchases

Shoes Unlimited wants you to be happy with your purchase. We will gladly exchange or refund unworn product in its original condition, within 14 days of the delivery date, accompanied by the original receipt. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The shoe box and other packaging must accompany the product on return. The delivery fee is non-refundable.

Shoes Unlimited will gladly exchange or refund in accordance with the following conditions:

1.      All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface only before wear.

2.      Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

3.      Due to health regulations socks, insoles & hosiery cannot be returned. Please choose carefully when making your purchase.

4.      Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges

Shoes Unlimited stands by the quality of our merchandise. Should any defect present itself, please call our Customer Care team on Cromwell 03 445 1297 and we will do our best to assist you accordingly.

Returning Product to Shoes Unlimited

You can return products to Shoes Unlimited providing all the terms and conditions of our returns policy have been met.

1.      Please go to our website and fill in the Returns section that you will find at the bottom of our website.

2.      Postage costs are non-refundable. However any exchanges will be sent to the customer free of charge.

3.      Shoes Unlimited does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned. We recommend you use a postage service that provides tracking and delivery to the door.

4.      We will process your exchange or refund within 10 business days on receipt of your parcel.

Returning Product to a Shoes Unlimited Store

You can return product to any Shoes Unlimited stores providing all the terms and conditions of our returns policy have been met.

We do not guarantee the availability of sizes or styles at our retail stores. Therefore if the size or styles is not available in-store you may be offered a refund if not available.
